Am I correct you connect to CQG/Continuum in NinjaTrader 8? I am able to reproduce the missing data on my end. I will send a report to our server team. Thank you for reporting.

The missing data has been solved. Please restart NinjaTrader and re-connect to CQG/NinjaTrader Continuum and you should load the missing data. If not initially, please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.
