Trade Performance, a whole intraday data is missing

Hi,

When looking at the previous week trade performance, I noticed that a whole day of trading activity (22.2.2017) is missing on all my 4 accounts.

What can I do to troubleshoot the issue?

Platform ver. 8.0.0.14 64-bit RC2

From within the platform, could you please send me your database, log, and trace files so that I may look into what occurred?

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensure to check 'Database file' and ' Log and trace files'.

I did just start NinjaTrader and tried to fetch the missing data once again and now it worked like a charm! I didn't do anything "magic", I have no clue what was the issue but my guess it was on my broker side, not possible to fetch the data or something similar (I tried to gather the performance KPI's after market was closed, might have had an impact but not sure).
