Hello Support,

I currently am receiving data for the SGX Exchange from CQG from AMP Futures and cannot get charts to load in Ninjatrader 8. I am getting data into the DOM but can't get any charts to load. I have no problems loading charts through the simulated data feed in Ninjatrader 8.

They pulled a whole heap of markets off their servers without notice. Wouldn't be surprised if the dumped this one too. Looks like they are trying to take over the data feeds and at the same time reduce cost and access to anything but US markets. They will only end up with people who trade CME and FX IMO!!!

Unfortunately Sgx futures are not present on our historical data server. When you connect to CQG in NinjaTrader, historical data is loaded from our historical data servers.

Realtime data is received from CQG. If these instruments are enabled for your account, then you will receive realtime data for them in NinjaTrader.

But not historical because NT has taken away access to it. So a service I pay for, CQG historical data, has been taken away from me by another service I pay for, NingaTrader!!

You always load historical data from our servers when connecting to CQG in NinjaTrader. Historical data is not loaded from CQG.

Are you saying that Historical data has always been NTs and never CGQ in previous years ?
