incorrect backdoor license / unable to connect

Hello there,

I wrote yesterday an eMail to the Support Team, the answers where very usefull. But actually I have the same Problem.

NinjaTrader ist unable to connect to the license Server. I restartet mit Modem and Router, restart the Computer too.

I´m trying the next step in the eMail from Christopher, the tracert 72.233.92.29 in the command line. So, here the results. May you have an idea ? The Firewall ist shutting off but NinjaTrader has full access to the Network without any rules ore restrictions. I use the newest NinjaTrader Version on Windows10, no Updates available.

I do not see any issue in the tracert results.

Are you not able to connect to the license server since yesterday? Or did it work yesterday after contacting the support team?

Were you able to connect to the license server before or did you always experience this error in NinjaTrader?

Can you please send me the license key you enter in NinjaTrader. Please send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and put 'Att Jason, 1660748' in the subject header.
