IB the price does not conform to the minimum price variation

I am getting an error on my chart when using chart trader with IB.
" the price does not conform to the minimum price variation"

I found this as a answer for this problem :
" If you would like to display half pip you will only need to make this change within Tools->Options->Data tab->Quote currencies (FX) in: and will not need to change the Tick Size within the Instrument Editor. "

But this was for NT7 , where is the same thing in NT8 ?

Unfortunately there is no such setting in NinjaTrader 8 anymore. You receive realtime forex data as provided by the connected data feed/broker connection.

Can you please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate why you experience this error message. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Right click the log and trace folder and select Send to-->Compressed (zipped) folder. Subsequently attach both .zip files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, 1659966' in the subject header.

I use a different dataprovider for forex (because chart loading over IB is still very slow in NT8) With a connection only to IB works everyhing. Whats now ?

Thank you for clarifying.

I suggest to contact Interactive Brokers and check if your account can be setup to receive forex data in tenth pip. I assume it is currently setup for half pip which conflicts with your data feed provider.
