Transferring Commissions templates in NT8

How do I transfer the commissions templates from one computer to another?

I had an old installation of NT 8 that I just upgraded but it's not showing the commissions templates:
NinjaTrader Brokerage Direct
NinjaTrader Brokerage Lease
NinjaTrader Brokerage Lifetime

I copied the Commissions directory (with the files above) to the new computer (Documents/NinjaTrader 8/templates/Commission), but still NT 8 does not shows them in the "Edit Account" "Commission" as one of the options (or in the "Tools", "Commissions Templates).

Commission templates are saved at the location you mention. You can transfer commission .xml files between computers.

If you did not try a restart of NinjaTrader yet, please do so and check if you see the commission templates.

If the issue remains, please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Right click the log and trace folder and select Send to-->Compressed (zipped) folder. Subsequently attach both .zip files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, 1659013' in the subject header.
