Error: Sim101 Not Connected

I quit Ninjatrader with a Strategy added to a chart, and enabled while connected to the playback connection.

I quit and saved workspaces etc. And when I restarted Ninjatrader I got the following error (attached)

Clicking abort, retry, ignore all caused Ninjatrader to crash - I tried repeatedly, all three.

However I was able to move the dialog aside and disable and remove the strategy, save my workspace, Quit, Restart. And now its fine.

Just wanted to report there's a possible bug there.

So far in my testing I have not been able to replicate this behavior. So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20170209.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.

Not sure if its related, but I've got these stuck orders now too - they won't go away.
