Strategy Analyzer Chart Display

I have ran a strategy through the NT8 Strategy Analyzer and want to view the Chart with 15 minute EURUSD candles and a bollinger(2.2,30) band.
I enter Chart on the top left Display window. When I move my mouse to the NT8 picture at the bottom of my screen, I see the chart. When I click on the small chart I get a black screen with a red cross.
Why can I not display my chart?

I'm not sure I understand the process you are describing. Could you provide a screenshot or two of what you are seeing?

When I run the strategy analyzer, using the sampleMAcrossover on 15 minute EURUSD bars, I can click on the "Display", select chart and the strategy analyzer shows the chart with the executions however that does not sound quite like what you are doing. Can you replicate using the SampleMACrossover?

Are you seeing any errors listed in the "Log" tab of the control center?

I have rebooted all systems and the issue is gone. I can now see my chart again with the same actions you described.
