DrawingTool OnMouseUp has wrong values for dataPoint

For custom drawing tools, the call to OnMouseUp has the wrong value passed in for the dataPoint Anchor. The Anchor from the corresponding OnMouseDown is passed in instead (assuming you moved the mouse between the down and up clicks).

This is easy to see, just print out the dataPoint on mouse down/up. Be sure to move the mouse between the down and up.
