Error on changing chart bar interval
I have a problem that happens sporadically when changing bar intervals. When going from daily or higher time intraday charts like 60 min down to lower bar intervals like 5 min etc the bars for the current day do not change but for bars in the previous sessions they do. As you can see from the attached pics as I go from 15 min charts down to 1 min the current bars stay on but the last sessions do update!Tags: None

Thanks for writing in to our Support team.
So that I can better assist you moving forward, please answer the following questions:
What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X or 8.0.X.0)
Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
Who is your broker?
Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
Additionally, please attempt to right click on your chart and select Reload All Historical Data and test if this issue persists.

Thanks for your reply.
Please send me your database, log, and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
Ensure to check 'Database file' and ' Log and trace files' and put ATTN Alan S in the subject line.
