The screenshot in post 1 would have this occur at 8:15am and 10:00am eastern time February 1st, 2017.

I just checked and I have the same gaps. One thing to keep in mind is there was news when these gaps occurred. I have seen this in the past with multiple brokers over the years. The bid and ask widen around news and this will cause a gap if trades were fired off during this period.
