Bug: Bars-to-load not respected switching timeframes

I have my tick charts preset to 5 days of bars (in order to ensure I have enough data for the Pivots), and my have minute charts preset to 500 bars.

I frequently flip between Tick charts and 60/240 minute charts, using the timeframe switching dropdown on the top left of the chart.

When I switch timeframes between tick and hourly, the "bars to load" preset for the new timeframe is not respected; and I end up with 3 days of 4H bars which looks like (see attached). So I change it to 500 bars manually, then do what I need to and then flip back to tick charts. Then the tick charts complain that 500 bars is not enough data to calculate the Pivots, so I flip back to 5 days...... And I basically to that hundreds of times a day. Annoying.

Incidentally, the 4H timeframe is a very important timeframe in Forex as it forms significant levels of intra-day support and resistance. This timeframe should definitely be one of the defaults; I had to add it manually.

    Hello reach4thelasers,

I am able to reproduce the issue on my end. When the Tick period type uses 'Load data based on-->Days' and Minute uses 'Load data based on-->Bars', it does not work when switching instruments. 'Load data based on' remains on the setting of the prior period type. I will sent a report to development. Thank you for reporting.
