Problems with HG chart

Just wondering why my HG is not moving at all. Not even the time stamp.
I'm on the 03-17 contract, default 24/7 setting.
All other charts are doing fine.
Any help would be appreciated

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

I received the following reply:
The demo is good for futures data only, not equities.

Why would I need equities data, the futures data works well with all other metals.
Any clarification would be much appreciated

Thank you for the reply. While the demo supplies real-time data for many popular futures instruments, it does not supply real-time data for all futures. Unfortunately HG is not included with the futures demo.
