Feature Request: Color Inputs Need RGB input method

In NT, all of the color inputs are using a fixed set of colors listed by name. There is no manner to input a discrete RGB/RGBA value. Limiting the colors to this list is entirely inadequate.

For items that are based on the Skin, you can get around this by manually editing the xaml file (there are examples in there), but that is not sufficient.

There needs to be a user interface change to allow the user to pick a RGBA value that is not in the named color list. This should be a common method for all color inputs.

You can type a comma-separated list of byte values in any color field in the sequence: A,R,G,B
Alternatively, you can type hexadecimal bytes, for example: FFCCFF or AAFFCCFF

Simply select the color name in the field and replace it by typing. See the attached image for an example.

Thanks, that works well enough.

To be clear, you have to put the cursor in the field with the text (click over the actual color name text) and replace the color name text with the RGB values like tradesmart mentioned.

Thanks for posting.

As tradesmart has mentioned, this would be possible by clicking within the text of the color's name and replacing it with the desired RGB values separated by a comma.
