connection lost reconnects and still red

I upgraded to 8.0.3.1 from 8.0.2 .... was getting connection lost this morning several times so would close and restart ... connect fine .. then hear connection lost voice and log and yet must reconnect as data coming in but the red light bottom left is red.

I installed 8.0.3.1 and is the same ... connection lost ... log says connected afterwards and light stays red .....

this is to rithmic connection with topstep.
