Gaps on Forex Charts

I was very active on the beta program in back in 2015 and decided this week to give NT8 another chance. It was going well yesterday, but this morning I fire it up and have got charts with GAPS. (screenshots attached)

I'm pretty much at a loss for words at this stage, but thought it would report it. Very disappointing.

Hello Kevin,

Unfortunately there was an issue with the historical data server (hds-us-002). It did not connect and record historical data for the gap you experience. We are looking to restore the missing data.

Ok well its good to know the server had a successful and immediate failover to the backup server, and nobody was affected by the issue and lost money by missing some cracking entries at the London open.

Oh wait....
