NT8 v8.0.3.1 released, but not accessible.

I see, that NT8 in version v8.0.3.1 is announced here
but only version v8.0.3.0 can be downloaded.

How's that ?

This must be a typo in the message. On January 9th we released version 8.0.3.0. Please see the release notes at the link below.
