    NT8 Chart not showing anything after roll over

    Hi,

    I have roll over my instruments from ES 12-16 to ES 03-17 through Database Manager, but the chart remains black and my dynamic DOM has no data. I am connected through TD Ameritrade account. Thanks

    Thank you for writing in.

    Have you successfully been able to view data before?

    Are you enabled for live future quotes through TD Ameritrade?

    Could you please send an email to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with Attn: Alan P in the Subject line. Also within the email please include a link to this thread, and attach the log and trace files for the day in subject which you can find in My Documents>NinjaTrader7>Log and My Documents>NinjaTrader8/Trace folders.
