How do you make alert Time to display Milliseconds

Is there someway to force the Alert time display to Milliseconds or is the only way to do this to Add time in ms to Message. But that seems like duplication and not as functional for sorts.

Yes, the only way to do this is to add ms to the message.

To display alert time out to the millisecond you could use the following,
Alert("MyAlert0", Priority.High, Time[0].ToString("yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.fff"), "", 0, Color.White, Color.Black);
