Unhandled exception for workspaces ''save as''?

The following message was displayed when I tried to do a Workspaces ''save as''.
I have no idea what it means ... what should I do?

Thank you for your response. Can you please clarify the exact steps you took to receive this error? Also can you please clarify if you named the Workspace the same as an existing Workspace?

TO RYAN:
step1 ''save as'' NewName
step2 click on Save button
error message ''Unhandled exception: An item with the same key has already been
added'' appears on screen.
step3 click ''OK'' button on error message window
step4 expected workspace NewName does not appear on workspace dropdown list.
