autofit column widths in Control Center window?

Is there a way to autofit the column widths [like one can do in Excel] in the Control Center window?

Yes, to do this, hover your mouse over the right side of the column you want to auto-size. A double-sided arrow will appear, if you double left-mouse click, the column will auto size itself to include the name of the column and the data.

is there a method [like in excel] where all columns can be auto-sized at one time ... rather than having to do each one individually? when one column is auto-sized it often UNauto-sizes other columns?

There isn't an ability to each column to auto-size together, however, I will forward a note to our development team for future feature consideration.
