    Help > Your Email Address

    In NT8, when I use Help>Email Support the box "Your email address" is not autofilled as it was in NT7. I have filled in the Tools>Options>Share Services "Email" section. Is there something else that needs to be configured?

    Thank you for your post,

    NinjaTrader 7 will save the email address under Help > Mail to Platform Support after a support request has been submitted.

    In NinjaTrader 8, this is not happening, I can confirm I am seeing the same on my end. I will forward to our Development team to look into further.
