49 Tick and 343 Tick
I created a New Chart and added the my template for the indicators and the
problem does not appear on the new chart. XXXXXXXXX
Update looks like I spoke too soon. Now it has appeared. What is weird is that it is running about 48 minutes ahead on both charts.
If I increase Right side margin by 5 from 20 to 25 it goes away. If I decrease it back to 20 it comes back.Last edited by JerryWar; 12-23-2016, 06:17 AM.

I am not able to reproduce it when I test it on my end in charts without a chart template. If you create a new chart without a chart template and then manually add the indicators one by one, are you able to reproduce the issue? Could it be a certain indicator causes the time to be displayed like this?

This time can change depending on the compression of the time axis and the right side margin.
Please note there is no price bar in the future. This is a vertical grid line.
When you check a 1 Minute chart, the time stamps of future vertical grid lines are in line with previous grid lines. However tick bars are not based on time, so it is different.

In each of your cases your chart was not positioned at the Current bar. In all my years of trading I have never seen such a discrepancy. You don't expect a projection into the future with tick bars to be accurate but this is so far off its ridiculous. It leads one to believe the time is different than it actually is. Its right AT the current price by one narrow bar and actually sometimes flashes to a value which looks much more reasonable. There is something very disturbing about this.

Correct , Box Style for 343. I have noticed something. It only happens when the Right side margin is adjusted such that vertical Grid line is leading the current Price bar. It actually stopped happening on my chart and I adjusted the rightside margin until the grid line came in and then it started up again.

Hello,
At this point it sounds as if the PC clock may be out of sync as this is what is largely responsible for how your incoming data displays.
Please use the steps below to change/check your Time Zone and sync the PC clock:
Close NinjaTrader.
Open the Windows Control Panel
Select Date and Time
Press 'Change time zone...'.
Set the time zone and press 'OK'.
Click on Internet Time tab.
Set the server to time.nist.gov and then click Update.
Ensure to check for a message under the Update button that says it was successful.
If it did not properly sync, even after a few tries, try manually setting your PC clock and then syncing.
Your PC clock should now be updated.
If the issue persists please let us know so we may investigate further.Justin S.NinjaTrader Customer Service
