write cache error

This morning when I loaded my usual workspace I had the following error message :
Unable to write cache data.

Don't see something wrong on my charts though. Wondering if this is important or not.

Typically this message occurs due to an issue when loading chart data.

If I understand you correctly, the platform loaded without issue after dismissing this message?

To investigate further I would need your log and trace files. Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
