IB price feed disconnection

I am having some issues with the connection with interactive broker,
The price feed randomly disconnects and re connects this is very bad for automated trading

The log says "interactive brokers: primary connection :connected, price feed : connection lost "

How do I resolve this

I'm am using TWS 961
And latest NT8

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

i have sent the files
please look at the disconnections specifically at

04:17:32 AM
04:17:34 AM
today morning

if you look at last weeks log information you would find a lot more disconnections, but i uninstalled NT and re installed to try solve the problem so im not sure if the log still exists
