Connecting to Telvent DTN

I just signed up for a trial with the market data provider Telvent DTN, and I'd like to connect with NT8. How do I do that? I signed up for the "IQFeed Forex Only" package.

A related question. What is the quickest way to load historical intraday data? I opened new 1 minute chart with the date range set to 1 year. It's been over an hour now, and it still says "loading..." I'm just trying to load the data for backtesting, but it is taking forever. Any advice?

I suggest downloading the Data via Tools > Historical Data manager > Download tab.
