    Hello GuppyDRV,

This is an issue with current version of NT8 and will be resolved in the next update. I do not have an estimated time for that release.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

      Alan,

Is this the same thing that is causing the CLR20r3 crash as well?

It has rendered NT8 almost unusable at this point for optimization or walk forward optimization.

          Alan,

Thanks for the help, just to be sure I'm hearing correct. The CLR error is related? Any word on when the release will happen?

I thought this was an interesting comment in view of what I experience. What is your definition of out-of-sync. I happened to notice some interesting details the other day when I got an unexpected error and later on a crash. My indicator draws some arrows above and below price bars. Two arrows cannot exist on the same bar since an up or down bar is produced at the close of the bar ( CalculateonBarClose=True ) and only one pass in one direction is possible at a time. I noticed after the error that their were up and down arrows on the same bar. So I changed the tag on each arrow to include the millisecond time Stamp so I might be able to debug. Of course this hasn't repeated yet. I have multiple time frames running and I notice also that the was a seperation in the Higher Time Frame bars corresponding to what looked like a Missing Lower time frame bar which of course was not the case. It had just inserted spaces. So the timing and/or placement of bars was all messed up, Hence my Question about your out-of-sync comment. I also noticed that some of my arrows were placed on the spaces. Truly messed up.

I have some OnRender code that draws a footprint chart. In the attached screenshots each chart displays numbers for volume at price. One of the charts puts those numbers outside of the bars, which is what I call "out-of-sync."

Today, a simple "Reload All Historical Data" was not sufficient to correct the problem; neither was "Reload NinjaScript." I had to close the workspace, perform Tools, Historical Data, Load again, then reopen the workspace, which now looks OK.

I have seen similar behavior. Where the whole set of my oscillation arrows are offset from the chart. I assumed at first, Autoscale was messed up for one of my data streams because I use multiple streams but it wasn't. I believe I did a Reload Ninjascript and it corrected. So my question is, do you use multiple data streams which are not visible, that the text might of been tagged to ? In my case It was clear that the pattern of the arrows fit the pattern of price but was just offset by 1/3 of the screen which made me believe the scaling was off on something.

No, just a single data series on that chart.
