Insufficient Margin???

    Insufficient Margin???

    Using FXCM.

    I went to place a trade and got a Insufficient Margin popup. I was no where close to a margin call. Closed NT restarted it and it wouldn't open. Closed it, restarted computer and tried to open it again and had no success. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it is working OK.

    Any thoughts on what could have gone wrong?

    Thank you for your note.

    Please write an email containing your Log and Trace files to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN Chris S" in the subject line and I will be happy to assist further.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

    Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to the email.
    Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
