Trade Times are Not accurately being reported in Trade Performance Grid

I have already reported a case re MAE being badly wrong... it may be you have the same issue. For me, my strategy adds a daily series, but trades off a 1 minute bar.

I traced the problem with MAE, instead of being (for your long trade) entry price - minimum price during trade, what NT8 does is report trade entry price - minimum for the DAY!! (Or, maybe even the day following the trade, may depend on time of day/sessions etc).

This ONLY happened to me if I add the daily series - so - question is - does your strategy/trade do the something similar - ie any daily objects in sight?

I ran some trades in Playback-MR in nt 8.0.0.2.. everything looks correct on my end.

When I go to trades tab, everything looks as expected per trade with MAE/MFE.

I went to AVG MAE/MFE charts and did the math.

SUM(Each MAE for the trade closing on that day)/ count(trades) = AVG MAE

Then that gets plotted on X axis and profit gets plotted on Y. That's what makes it so confusing.

I want to see AVG MAE on Y-Axis and date on X-Axis, to see trends in losses. I don't get that when the days are all scrambled up with profit/loss. (I'm sure that's valid to someone and it might be valid to me some day. If anyone can explain how to determine anything from current AVG MAE chart then please do.
