OnBarUpdate runs twice in Strategy Analyzer

Can anyone explain why BarUpdate is run once per bar when a Strategy is attached to a chart but twice per bar in the SA? SA runs through each bar from startdate until the bar before enddate, and then runs though them again.

The two passes are evidently on separate threads.

Thank you for the post.

I believe this item has been reported already as 10886, essentially a second instance seems to have been run while running a backtest. This has been marked resolved and is scheduled for a future release.

Can you tell me where to find 10866?

Also, is there a workaround until the fix? Doubling the backtest resources is painful.
