    import restore, now my workspaces are blank

    This is a time-sensitive matter. I had a crash on a workspace. I was unable to reload NT8 without deleting all my charts on this workspace.

    Since I backed up my workspaces yesterday, I decided to restore this file. I have never done this before. After the restore, all my workspaces are blank.

    Please tell me how to restore my workspaces. As soon as humanly possible.

    Could you
    please send an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com with your workspace files so I may test for this behavior on my end?


    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support > Make sure to check the 'Workspace files and UI settings box before clicking Send.


    Put 'Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
