Independent time frames for multiple data series on single chart

Dear NinjaTrader,
When comparing a daily data series and weekly data series on the same chart, is it possible to have independent x-axes?

Currently the axis is shared so that you can only see both data series for a single / the same time period.

Unfortunately this is not supported. I suggest to create 2 charts as a workaround.

What about considering as a feature enhancement the ability to add a price series to a chart without that series plotting anything or affecting the scaling of any plotted price series.. (visible = false) ....

Sorry I am not sure if I understand. Can you please clarify why you want to add a data series if it is not plotting anything.

The Y-axis can be set to automatic or fixed scaling. When set to automatic scaling, the chart will scale to the highest high and lowest low that is visible. When fixed scaling is used the range of the Y-axis remains static.

Yes, that would be great to have this. Development should also consider scaling for invisible dataseries. Seems that time scaling is always done now for all dataseries (unlike price scaling, which can be turned off). I have another post here on this.

The suggestion to set a data series to invisible without that data series affecting the chart scaling has been added to the list and is assigned to SFT-1414.
