Workspaces won't open

I just updated to your new 8.0.2 release and now none of my workspaces will open. I have rebooted my computer twice.

Help please.

Can you please send me all log and trace files for today, so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach the files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, 1618167' in the subject header.

Documents--> NinjaTrader 8--> log--> log.20161208.xxxxx for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Documents--> NinjaTrader 8--> trace--> trace.20161208.xxxxx for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Luckily I backed up my workspaces because my chart will not open again.

I have 3 of them and all three are nuked. I haven't done anything with them since Friday.

Can we please fix this problem

Can you please tell me your ticket number. I cannot find our previous correspondence from after you sent your log and trace files.
