Can't download NT 8

I tried to download NT8 from Website. No Luck.
I tried Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. It says "Blocked".
I tried to disable FIREWALL. Still says "Blocked".
I tried to Delete History and Clear Java Cache. Still says "Blocked".

So I may assist you further, can you elaborate on this "Blocked" message you are receiving?

The best way I can identify and troubleshoot this issue is if I can see the actual message myself. Could you please provide me a screenshot of the message when downloading from the link below?

To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
