Horizontal Scaling Question

2 charts 144 ticks each in screen shot...each set to max compression....no indicators on left chart....

...the horizontal scale of the red line is much larger on right chart.

I was expecting to see similar horizontal scaling both charts.
Adjusting the horizontal chart sizes to be equal...scales quite a bit different.
Bar width set to 1 both charts.

In second screen shot....two identical width charts (same data series settings)...
have different horizontal scaling. How do you set up charts to be equal scaling...??

Is the different scale to be expected...??

Check the indicators dialog, are the indicators set to AutoScale ?
that would possibly alter your scaling.

Thanks...one indicator was not set to autoscale...set it but that made no difference.

2 duplicate charts shown have no indicators...bar widths set to 1...3 days to load the same...
all data settings the same...

....applying a template to both charts scale then the same.

No You don't want Autoscale. Deselect it.

Thank you for your post,

Different indicator Auto Scale settings would certainly make the chart look different than a chart with no indicators added, thanks JerryWar.

With nothing else added, only the chart data itself would be set to Auto Scale. Try syncing all Auto Scale indicators on both charts and let us know if you see the same.

Got it working !!...auto-scale must be unchecked for all data series and indicators.
Same horizontal scale as an adjacent chart now.
