eMail Services Not Working

I've setup my share services to include an email account. I can send test messages once the account is setup, but I am not receiving any emails when using the SendMail() function. I have tried my godaddy, yahoo, and gmail email addresses. All are able to send test emails, but none will send the email using SendMail(). I've setup an App password for my gmail account, but this did not work either. Is there something else i need to configure?

So that we may test on our end, would it be possible to send a simplified version of your code, with your e-mail address changed to "[email protected]" and password changed to "password"?
