NT8 crash all time

I been complaining about since the day it launch, NT8 been crashing all time ,I send almost 4 time my logs and trace file but still issue remain

I had installed on Windows 10 ,I thought that might be a problem ,then i make brand new machine with windows 8.1 but still issue remain

Some time it crash when i change instrument
some time it crash when i change time frame
some time it crash when i start NT8

open a ticket many time all time support asking for logs and trace but no luck,


I have open up in safe mode ,created brand new work space all that but none of the trick working out

NT8 is not stable and with very poor historical data support
