    Platform crashes

    Hello, Support and All!

    In attempt to add an audible alert via the NT 8 in-bult alert constructor,to this indicator:



    the platform crashes.I included the image with the log error.Please find it in the attached.

    Thanks for posting.

    At what point during the process of adding an alert to this indicator does the platform crash? Could you outline the steps you are taking when you see this behavior?

    Does this occur if you attempt to add an alert to, say, an EMA indicator?

      Yes,it`s the Volume bar that greater the 20VolEma issue.

      But it keeps crashing anyways.Please check another image attached?Now what?

      Guys are you sure it`s ready for the trade with the real money?

        Hello outsource,
        I would recommend contacting the third party to ensure you have the correct settings for the indicator applied to the chart.

          Hi,Ryan,

          i used the default settings to the indicator.The rest indicators i used were all the default Ninja 8 indicators.

            Can you create a new Workspace and test the indicator by itself on a chart?
            I would recommend reading the following items within the link below to learn more about Third Party add ons and NinjaTrader 8.

                Hello outsource,
                I would recommend a blank Workspace and a blank chart with only the third party indicator applied to the chart. If the error is thrown on the blank chart I would recommend contacting the third party regarding the error displayed in your screen shot.
