    I still have the same issue since this morning anybody can help me

    Morning

    Im having an issue with my charts , i trade Emini ES and my 30 minuter candle has a totaly wrong value comparing to the rest !!!!

    what can i do to fix this ?
    I have included picture of the chart in this message.

      my data provider is continum , i trade ES,emini , i did reload all historical data , i did repair data base and i did change the instrument on 30 min chart and 60 min chart and 120 min but still having the same issue

      please see the pic below.

        Could you please provide some further details regarding what's inaccurate on this chart? I am seeing the same chart on my end from the same data provider.

          the big wick on the candle , price never got there but the chart shows that!!!!!

            My apologies, I somehow overlooked the wick on your candle. I do not see this same item on my side.

            So that I may see if we are using the same Historical Data Server, I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20161121.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.

              ok thank you , i have another problem , NT8 keeps shutting down on me , i will email you the trace file, please take the time and find me a solution because this is very frustrating.
