If you run a backtest with granular order entry (which isn't allowed due to your settings) it can spam you with this error as many times as your test has permutations.

My backtest is over but these backlogged modal windows are still popping up. Should have about 1,000 left until they stop. Unfortunately they only pop up about 5 at a time.

EDIT: I tried posting a gif link but the board keeps formatting my URL as a .png no matter what I try. Guess I can't post my short recording of the issue. I'm referring to the error that pops up when you try a granular timeframe backtest with a multiple timeframe strategy.

Sorry, the image as you noted is not available. Please see the image I've attached, is that what you see but multiple times?

The pop up in the image I posted appears once when I ran a backtest of the sampleMultiTimeFrame strategy. The settings I used were on an ES 12-16 with 15 minute bars, from 8/1/16 to 11/21/16, using high order fill, type second, value of 1.

What version of NT8 are you using (Help>About)?

If you are using the latest release, 8.0.1.0, please advise what your settings are for the backtest that generated multiple pop-ups so I can recreate here.

I am running release, yes.

That is indeed the window that pops up over and over again. I think it pops up once for each test it tries to do in some situations.

I think the setting in question is to check "optimize for data series". That might have triggered it.
