Missing data on chart

    Missing data on chart

    My NQ 12-16 futures chart has multiple areas of data missing when I load a daily chart for 365 days. I have tried the reload historical data and historical load data by dates and I still have the gaps. I had the same problem on some ES charts but the above fixes worked and repaired the problem. On the NQ chart it won't fix the problem. Data feed is IQFeed.

    What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X or 8.0.X.X)

    Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

    Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

      I am using 8.0.1.0 64-bit I am connected to IQFeed.

      There are no errors in the log file for that instrument.

        I am also having the same problem loading complete data for SP500 cash chart. Will not update all data even using the historical data load feature.

          We also notice that we cannot request daily historical data from IQFeed successfully. We have reached out to IQFeed.

          I will update this thread with any information I receive.

              The server which users connect to has been switched. Please disconnect and reconnect from IQFeed to refresh your connection and test to see if your daily data now loads correctly.

              You may need to right-click on your chart and select 'reload all historical data'.
