Cant get ninja connect to server

on Friday i closed ninja trader by clicking on the X and didnt close the work space first so now im trying to open ninja 8 , it wont give me the option to connect and then opens the last workspace but cant finish loading and i cant find the control panel ..... so its kind of hanging right on the middle of the process and i cant do any thing , the only option will be open a task manager and close the program from there which doesn't help me.

PLEASE ADVISE.

In the Windows task bar, Can you right click over the "control panel icon" and select "move"?

Then use the cursor keys to move the window. Try to the left, then up/down then to the right. You might have a better idea where it might be hiding off screen.

cant find control panel , its not listed i have all the charts and super dome but not the control panel !!!!!

In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20161120.XXXXX.txt'.
