Trying to setup an email share service but get an error saying "there was an error sending a mail message: Syntax error, command unrecognized. The server response was:"
Then nothing follows to let me know what that response was.
I am trying to use my yahoo account and use the following parameters:
connection server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Port: 465
Default: yes
SSL: yes
email address: my address on yahoo
username: my address on yahoo
password: my password on yahoo
I then click send email test. It asks for my email address and once again I enter the same email address on yahoo. I then get the message above in the NT8 log.
Secondary question: If I want the message to be sent to a different email address (i.e. my phone text address) which of these email address do I change to that address?
