Thank you for your post,
What data provider are you using? Hover your mouse of the green light in the lower left of the Control Center to display this information.
Because the SuperDOM is getting data it sounds like the instrument exchange settings are correct. Likely this is due to a chart setting.
Please right click on the chart and select Data Series. What is selected for Trading Hours? Try selecting "Default 24/7" > Press OK.
When "< Use instrument settings>" is selected, NinjaTrader uses the hours that are defined in the instrument itself.
To view what hours the Trading Hours template refer to, go to Tools > Trading Hours. Use the left menu to view the template and its corresponding hours.
