Stop orders not sent with NT8

Hi,
When working with dll interface, Limit and StopLimit orders are sent to interactive brokers, but Stop orders are stuck in NT8 and the log says: "processing"

I removed NT7 before installing 8, but if I choose to run both versions,
Should the two NTDirect.dlls have any conflicts?

Thank you for your post.

Please follow the instructions below:

• Delete the NTDirect.dll file from C:\Windows\SysWOW64
• Copy NTDirect.dll from C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 8\bin64
• Paste that file into C:\Windows\SysWOW64
• Restart NT 8

If this behavior continues then please let us know.

Can you successfully send stop orders from TradeStaion to NT8?

You should not be seeing the orders "stuck" in processing at all. Can you send us your log and trace files by going to Help > Email Support? Please list 'ATTN: Patrick H' in the subject line and reference this thread in the body of the email.

I found out what happened:
NT7 accepted "Stop" value in the NTDirect.dll's Command OrdeType field,
NT8 only accepts "StopMarket". Now it works.
Please post it for the users of the dll.
You should also fix the "Commands and Valid Parameters" section in the ATI help page.
