Missing data on chart

I am using NT8 and when loading a ES chart there is data missing for November 28,29, & 30. I have tried all the usual fixes reload historical data etc. no luck.

When I load the same chart in NT7 I get all the data.

Please help.

Who are you connected to?

What instrument expiry have you selected for ES?

(For a chart) what interval is selected?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

ESZ6 daily, weekly or monthly data is missing. No error on screen. No reported errors.

Now I can't even keep the program up. It keeps crashing. Got this error.

In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20161116XXXXX.txt'.
