    Crash is back in new release (8.0.1.0)

    Here we go again... This isn't the same crash that happened before exactly, but it's close..

      for me too it crash every time I change time frame

        Same. It'll work for a while after I scrub everything and reinstall, then eventually it errors out randomly or errors when I change instruments or timeframes or something, then every time I open it from then on my installation crashes after I start receiving data from Continuum with a workspace open.

        If you're having the same bug I am (though I never get traces) it has something to do with receiving data into a complicated workspace and only happens when you're connected to a data provider, right?

          It happened to me when I didn't do a thing. I'm sitting there watching my charts, minding my own business and it goes boom. The original crash had to do with running a background time frame and they finally tracked that down and fixed it in time for RC1, I think. (Maybe the release before RC1). When I looked at the trace files, there were a couple of things that looked familiar and a couple that didn't so I'm not sure if they re-broke this old issue or not. I have since not crashed but it's been only one day since it last crashed and the last issue made NT crash daily, sometimes two and three times per day so maybe this time it's different. But RC2 was nice and stable so I may go back to that if it crashes any more.

            I sent you my log and trace files immediately when you asked for them. Did you see anything in there that indicates a problem on my end?
