Chart Panel Fixed Range reverts to Automatic

I have an indicator in its own panel whose right scale I have set Fixed to Maximum 4.7.

Each of the following actions causes it to revert from Fixed to Automatic:

• Opening its workspace
• Reloading the chart template
• Pressing F5 to Reload NinjaScript

Essentially, the Fixed scale never sticks; I must always reset it manually.

I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20161114XXXXX.txt'.

Essentially, the Fixed scale never sticks; I must always reset it manually.

I can use OnCalculateMinMax() to lock the right scale programmatically, but it would be nice if manual specifications could survive an F5 keypress.
