Migrating from NT7 to NT8 on a different machine

I want to migrate all my historical trade data from NT7 to NT8 running on a different machine. I realize that you can't restore a backup of NT7 into NT8 (request: make that work too). My plan is to backup NT7 on the old machine and restore it to NT7 running on the new machine, then migrate it to NT8 on the same new machine.

The Migration Guide (http://ninjatrader.com/NinjaTrader-8-MigrationGuide) indicates that I will be prompted on first run of NT8. However, I've been running NT8 Beta on that new machine for a while now and I don't see how to initiate that process again. Please help.

Delete config.xml in nt8 folder.

You should also delete all the files in NT8\db. The "import" process will double up any existing data files.
