    Position entry & P&L not showing on chart

    Hi, I have chart trader enabled, but its not showing the usual position entered level that also shows the P&L usually, plus my P&L is also not showing up on the Super Dom even though I have instrument link enabled on both chart and dom.

    Another thing I've noticed is that my ATM strategy does not save and also does not match on chart and dom.

    EG I have a 2 contract position with a 1:1 RR saved, but then after a trade it defaults back to 1 position and / or a different RR., plus they don't match between chart trader and DOM which they should,eg chart trader showing 1 position, dom 2 etc. Click image for larger version

      Well ok while I'm at it: I've input a 12 tick (so 3 points right) take profit for the ES which should be $ 150. But even though I've put in 20 sthg orders where some hit the 12 tick target in my trade performance analysis it shows my largest winner at $ 125 where it should be $ 150 right. This is on SIM for a Topstep evaluation.

        I just had a winning trade of $ 100.

        BUT it is showing up in Ninjas Trade Performance / Trades as a $ 25 LOSS when it was a WIN. Same on Rithmic Trader PROs performance chart, they are my data feed and also tracking trades.

        How can this be that a winner shows up as a loss.

          It WAS a $ 100 dollar winner. BUT shows up as a $ 25 Loss !?!?

            And BOTH Rithmic and Ninjatrders performance chart / trades are showing that I had ONE SINGLE winner of $ 125

            And all remaining 32 trades of this day up to now where losses...

            Which is simply not a true depiction of this trading day at all, eg my very last trade number 33 was in reality a $ 100 WINNER, not the $ 25 loser it shows up as !!!

              I have just disconnected from my Topstep evaluation account and put a trade on in Ninja Sim.

              And, bingo, the trade entry position line showed up along with profit and loss.

              AND in my Ninjatrader performance the trade showed up as the winner it was. UNLIKE my last trade in the Topstep account.

                CRITICAL — If your inquiry involves live orders, please always reach out to your broker or Prop Firm Provider immediately to confirm and manage your live orders and positions.

                You need to reach out to Topstep directly for any further questions about your account or orders to their accounts and their fills.
                As for the order lines not appearing, please use the following steps to rename the database file so NinjaTrader automatically creates a new one and test if the order lines show:​Reconnect to he account and test when ready.


                If you have any further questions, please use the following steps to send your log and trace files to the support team directly from your NinjaTrader Platform so we may investigate this behavior further:
                • Within NinjaTrader, go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support...
                • To: Set this to "Platform Technical Support"
                • Subject: Copy and paste the Forum URL
                • Attach: Attach a file, picture, or compressed file to share multiple files/pictures
                • Body: Include any other information you would like to share on the situation
                • Make sure 'Log and Trace files' is checked to include the requested files
                  • Send the email
